We provide Fitness For Duty (Work) Evaluations of employees who have exhibited signs of mental health difficulties, substance abuse, anger management problems, harassment/violence, interpersonal problems, personality conflicts, inability to cope with stress, deterioration of work performance, etc. We conduct thorough evaluations including employee interview, review of collateral information, and psychological testing to identify the sources of the employee’s work-related problems. We make specific recommendations for interventions that may assist the employee in maintaining productive employment or returning to work after a temporary leave. We also offer guidance and consultation to employers regarding necessary interventions when an employee cannot be managed safely in the workplace.
